Welcome to BMS Engineering Ltd. We are specialists in the design and manufacture of tubular and sheetmetal fabrications, including roll cages and chassis structures. With expertise in a wide range of engineering and manufacturing services, such as 3D laser scanning, laser cutting and CNC tube bending. We support projects ranging from one-off prototype component manufacture to volume welded assembly production.

BMS Engineering Ltd was founded in 2007 to support the high standards and critical demands of the motorsport industry with the supply of tubular components. Since then we have continued to invest in the latest machinery, software, and personnel to ensure that we can provide high quality components and services competitively. Based in Coventry, UK we are ideally positioned to serve the Motorsport and Automotive industries.

Quality

Investment in the latest CNC machinery and CMM measuring technology allows BMS to provide components to the high quality standards, meeting customer specifications and tolerances on a continual basis. An aerospace derived quality and batch control system is in place to ensure all parts are traceable back to source. Components can also be developed with PPAP and IMDS documentation.

Cost

BMS aims to offer its customers value for money by using lean management techniques throughout the manufacturing process. Specific attention is paid to set up time reduction and factory organisation. The savings made in waste elimination are passed on to our customers.
